Entrepreneurial planning is the key to success in any business venture. For therapists, understanding and applying of business skills is a key component in the development of a successful idea. Critically analyzing, evaluating, and selecting opportunities are crucial for determining the potential success of a marketable concept. This article uses a case study to provide an overview of the steps involved for developing a school-based private practice.
